Michael Levin

A senior vice president of acquisitions at Orion Residential, Michael Levin is responsible for sourcing and underwriting Orion’s investment opportunities. In addition, he is responsible for the preliminary review of all new acquisitions, including determining pricing, feasibility and financing. He is also responsible for developing the investment strategy for potential acquisitions and is a member of the company’s investment committee.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance, accounting, strategic management and entrepreneurship.

Michael and his family are avid Badger fans, and he is a founding member of the Langdon Club, set up to support UW Athletics and the UW Initiative to End Alzheimer’s.
