Dr. Sterling Johnson presents “Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer’s Prevention” on Badger Talks Live

Alzheimer’s disease has a lengthy pre-clinical phase that for some people may last decades. This free Badger Talk by Sterling Johnson, PhD, will share the latest discoveries made from the Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer’s Prevention (WRAP) regarding brain and eventual cognitive changes that occur prior to the dementia phase of Alzheimer’s disease.
Johnson is a clinical neuropsychologist with research interests in early identification of Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. He leads the Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer’s Prevention (WRAP), a longitudinal cohort study of 1500+ people at varying levels of risk for sporadic Alzheimer’s disease. He is the associate director and Biomarker Core leader in the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC), as well as the associate director of the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Institute (WAI).
